The governing structure of the Organization is divided into two parts:

1. The Board of Directors and,

2. The Management team

The Organization has a Board of Directors comprising seven members. The Board is charged with the responsibility of ensuring that the overall operations of the Organization are being carried out as planned. It will also ensure efficient and effective utilization of human, material and financial resources of the Organization.
